2014-2022 Ram Promaster DIY Wall Panel Templates - 159" Wheelbase, High Roof

 These wall panel templates are designed to make life easier for anyone looking to DIY the panels for their van.  We understand that purchasing pre-cut wall panels can be very expensive and a hard pill to swallow... especially when you have the tools, know how, and maybe even some extra materials around.  Using these paper templates takes the guess work out of cutting your own panels and can save a ton of time.  The paper templates are printed as a reverse plot of what the final part would be.  Therefore you can either cut and trace or just glue the templates directly to your material.  Any marker lines or the glued paper would be on the back side of your completed panel. 

When installing for wall protection the best materials to use for the panels would be either 1/4" Baltic Birch marine grade plywood or 1/4" expanded PVC foam board.  If you are planning to hang heavy objects from the walls then 3/8"-1/2" board might be a better choice.

Note: If choosing to glue the templates directly to your material spray adhesives such as Scotch Spray Mount or Super 77 work pretty well.  Using this method the templates should be cut slightly oversized so that you can directly follow the cut lines using a jigsaw or circular saw without peeling up the edges.
